Aluminum extrusion is created by forcing heated aluminum alloy through a “die” that provides a specific shape to the aluminum. The aluminum is then cooled to maintain the desired shape.

For stock length extrusion orders we can ship within 2-7 business days depending on the order quantity. Knockdown kits take generally 3-7 business days to complete.
Lead times for fully fabricated sign cabinets depend on order quantity, size and complexity. Simple box cabinets can be completed in as little as 2-3 weeks, while some larger, more intricate cabinets can take 6-10 weeks for completion.
